1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Valdoro platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Valdoro is a digital platform that helps users record, analyze their dreams and learn lucid dreaming techniques. Our service includes:

• Dream journaling tools (text and voice recording)
• AI-powered dream analysis and interpretation
• Lucid dreaming techniques and educational materials
• Dream statistics, charts and monthly reports
• Personalized dream insights

3. User Accounts

You need to create an account to use Valdoro. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account
• You must not share your password and keep it secure
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity
• One person can only create one account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Valdoro offers free and paid subscription plans:

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic features (3 AI analyses per month)
• Starter: ₺69.99/month or ₺699.90/year (17% off)
• Professional: ₺99.99/month or ₺999.90/year (17% off)
• Expert: ₺129.99/month or ₺1,299.90/year (17% off)

4.2 Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed through secure payment providers
• Your credit card information is stored encrypted
• Prices include VAT
• Invoices are automatically sent to your email address

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, you will be charged for the next period. You will be notified by email before automatic renewal.

4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current period
• You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date
• You must contact our support team to request a refund
• After refund approval, payment is refunded within 5-10 business days
• No refunds are made for cancellations after the 14-day period

4.5 Payment Verification

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms of service and privacy policy. You also authorize the amount specified for your chosen subscription plan to be charged to your payment method.

5. User Content and Data Storage

The dream records and other content you upload to our platform belong to you. However:

• We have the right to use your content to provide our service
• Your content is kept confidential and not shared with third parties
• You cannot share illegal, harmful or offensive content
• You cannot upload content that infringes on others' copyrights

5.1 Monthly Data Cleanup

To optimize system performance, at the end of each month:

• A summary report of your dream data for that month is sent by email
• Dream records older than 30 days are automatically archived
• Archived data is kept for 90 days for restoration
• After 90 days, archived data is permanently deleted
• Paid plan users can extend data retention period

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform in the following ways:

• For activities contrary to law
• In a way that violates the rights of others
• In a way that threatens platform security (hacking, viruses, etc.)
• To send spam or unwanted content
• Using automated systems, bots or scraping tools
• To gain unauthorized access to others' accounts
• To reverse engineer our service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Valdoro platform, logo, design, content and software are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws:

• All rights belong to Valdoro
• Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited
• The Valdoro logo and brand cannot be used without permission
• Platform content cannot be used for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer and Limitations

IMPORTANT: Valdoro is provided "as is" and "as available":

• Dream analysis and interpretations are for informational purposes only
• AI analyses do not replace professional medical, psychological or psychiatric counseling
• For serious psychological issues, please consult a professional
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for data loss or technical issues
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user content

We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Valdoro.

9. KVKK Compliance and Data Protection

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK):

• Your personal data is processed within the legal framework
• Your data is used only for the stated purposes
• Necessary technical measures have been taken for data security
• You can exercise your rights under KVKK

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Failure to fulfill payment obligations
• Threatening platform security
• Providing false or misleading information

No refund will be made for the remaining subscription period in case of account termination.

11. Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time:

• Important changes will be notified by email
• Changes take effect on the date they are published
• If you continue to use the platform after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms
• If you do not accept the changes, you can close your account

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute:

• Amicable resolution methods will be tried first
• If unresolved, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
• Consumer rights are reserved
