Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 2 – BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer is the user who registers to the system and completes the purchase. The Buyer's name, email address and payment information are entered into the system during the registration and purchase process.

ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the purchase conditions for the digital subscription plan selected by the Buyer on the Valdoro platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE DEFINITION AND SCOPE

Valdoro is a fully digital dream tracking and analysis platform. Services provided:

• Dream journal recording and management (text & voice)
• AI-powered dream analysis and interpretation
• Lucid dreaming techniques and training content
• Dream statistics, charts and monthly reports
• Personalized dream insights

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

The service is entirely digital in nature and is activated immediately after payment approval. After payment is completed, the Buyer has access to all features of the selected plan without any waiting period.

ARTICLE 6 – PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Current prices for subscription plans are as follows (VAT included):

• Starter Plan: ₺69.99/month or ₺699.90/year
• Professional Plan: ₺99.99/month or ₺999.90/year
• Expert Plan: ₺129.99/month or ₺1,299.90/year

All prices include VAT.

Payments are processed through PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Credit card information is not stored in Valdoro systems.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected period unless cancelled. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Articles 48 and 49 of Law No. 6502, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Pursuant to Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that are performed immediately and delivered in digital form, if performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
• Since access to the platform is provided and digital content begins to be used at the time of subscription purchase, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for subscription plans where use has begun.
• The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of the purchase date for subscriptions that have not yet been used (no login to the platform, no features used).

ARTICLE 8 – CONSUMER RIGHTS

Your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. For service defects and consumer complaints:

• You can apply to consumer arbitration committees
• You can file a lawsuit in consumer courts
• You can submit a complaint to the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) via e-Government
• You can call the Ministry of Trade Consumer Complaints line: 0850 202 56 72

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish Republic laws apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If unresolved, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.

ARTICLE 10 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes and approves the payment process. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement before payment.
